FAQ
Once my item is sold, how do I send the buyer an invoice?
Click the "Sold Items" link and look right under the Auction ID # and click the "Send Invoice" link. On the next page, click the checkbox next to the item and then click the "Proceed" button at the bottom. The buyer will be automatically sent an invoice via email. Once the buyer pays you can update the status of the item to Paid and then once you mail the product you can update the status to Posted/Sent.

Why should I sell my collectible through HorrorCollectors.com?
HorrorCollectors.com is the only FREE online auction dedicated solely to horror collectors. You have complete control over your auction everything from the description, reserve price, duration and even the option to upload video recordings of your collectibles. Benefit from the 'Tell a friend' feature and tell your friends, family and colleagues that you are selling collectibles and keep an eye on things as you watch your auctions from your own home, work place, mobile device or anywhere!

Also, by using HorrorCollectors.com, you will more than likely achieve a higher price than using E-bay. If you have a desireable collectible, a bidding war could happen which is only good news for you. There will be no underhanded business and the sale will always be conducted in a fair and open manner.

How do I sell or buy collectibles on HorrorCollectors.com?
It's quite simple. Firstly, register your details and then your collectible information, which includes uploading multiple photographs and even a video file (if you choose to).

It's the same process for buyers as well. Simply register by filling out the form, confirming your account by activating it from the link we send to your email account and that's it, you are ready to bid on any available auction.

What are the costs?
Unlike other auction houses we don't believe in nickeling and diming you for sign up fees, listing and relisting fess, and close of auctions fees. IT’S FREE! 100% FREE!

What happens at the end of the auction?
Well, if the collectible is not sold then seller will be notified and they will have the option to either remove the collectible or relist it (for as many times as possible absolutely free)

However, if it is sold then the first thing to say is CONGRATULATIONS!

Both the buyer and the seller will receive emails confirming the good news and that they should contact each other to continue the rest of the transaction. From this point, it is strictly between the 2 parties and we do not take part at all in the rest of the process.

What's the risk?
As in every single type of transaction, there is always a risk. However, this site reduces the possibility of something going wrong by giving the control to the seller. If the auction is sold and there is a problem with the buyer then the only thing you as the seller has lost is your time but no money.
