Hollow Press announces House of Anomalies — Floor 1, an SCP- and Ito‑inspired illustrated bestiary

Italian micro‑press Hollow Press has announced House of Anomalies — Floor 1, an illustrated book built around a haunted‑house conceit: each spread opens on a door, followed by a dossier and the creature or anomaly behind it. Hollow Press says the project is heavily inspired by the SCP Foundation, Junji Ito, and internet horror, and the publisher notes that those influences are inspirations rather than direct collaborations.
Contributors and creative team
The book assembles a wide group of illustrators and internet‑horror artists. Contributors named by Hollow Press include Trevor Henderson and the following creators:
- Abdou Bouam
- David Romero (working as cinemamind; credited for cover art)
- Eduardo Valdés‑Hevia
- Gabrielle Heller
- Hazel Coonagh

Format, editions and shipping
House of Anomalies — Floor 1 is listed as 128 pages in A4 format, printed in full colour on Magno Volume stock. Hollow Press will offer a standard edition and a collector’s edition:
- Standard edition: €35, in English or Italian.
- Collector’s edition: €135, which includes a signed print of Trevor Henderson’s contribution.
Hollow Press states that collector copies are expected by mid‑December 2026, with the regular edition shipping by January 2027.
Note: Hollow Press frames the book as inspired by SCP and Junji Ito and by broader internet horror; the publisher specifies that those parties did not participate in the production.
